Seat deposit
The seat deposit holds a seat in the founding batch. It is fully refundable if you decide not to join, as long as you tell us before the batch starts or within 14 days of your demo class, whichever is later. If you join, it is adjusted against the first fee payment.
Course fees
- First 7 days: if your child withdraws within 7 days of their first class, we refund all fees paid.
- After that: we refund fees for the full months not yet taught.
- Quarterly and EMI plans: no further instalments are collected after you withdraw. EMI terms with a lending partner follow that partner's agreement.
- Scholarships: refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid after the scholarship.
If we change or cancel a batch
If we cancel a batch or cannot provide the plan you paid for, you can move to another batch or plan, or take a full refund of fees for the remaining period.
How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with the student's name and the registered mobile number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
